Let me introduce our newest Tea Box tea - Pai Mu Tan White Tea.
Pai Mu Tan is a type of White Tea made from plucks of one leaf shoot
and two immediate young leaves. It has become preferred by white tea drinkers
for its fuller flavour and greater potency than other White Teas.
The typical
taste of Pai Mu Tan is a result of both the processing and the tea plant cultivars
employed in the production.
We have chosen a tea from the Zheng Huo
County in China’s Fujian Province. No frying and rubbing is used in the
processing, only natural wilting and drying in the sun. This makes Pai Mu Tan
one of the most natural and unprocessed teas in the world.
